This Keter City outdoor storage box keeps garden tools, furniture cushions and outdoor accessories protected from the weather. It's made from durable recycled plastic resin that won't fade over time. The weather-resistant design works well on balconies and small outdoor areas. You can use it as a side table too, so it makes the most of limited space. The lockable design lets you add your own padlock for security.

As Argos said its weather resistant NOT waterproof. It could shelter your bulbs, BUT hard to say if it would be warm enough inside, as condensation will form during cold, wet months.
ALSO you said you have LOTS of potted up bulbs you want to store inside.
How big are your planted up pots and how many do you want to fit inside, as this could be too small for you.

However, it is not fully waterproof it protects contents from rain and moisture but may not be completely sealed against heavy water ingress or flooding.

NO. There is a risk of storage cushions getting mouldy, from dampness inside. It is WEATHER-RESISTANT and designed to withstand outdoor conditions like rain and sun exposure. BUT it is NOT WATERPROOF. Also in cold and wet weather, and overnight when temperatures drop, condensation can form on the inside of box, which can lead to mold in fabrics, especially if they are damp. So cushions should NOT be stored year round. Bring them INSIDE to protect them from mould, especially in Autumn and Winter.

NO, of course not! The photos show this storage BOX is way too small to fit 1 chair yet alone 2 and a table!
The last photo shows the EXTERNAL measurements, and the ABOUT THIS PRODUCT write-up above, explains the INTERNAL MEASUREMENTS are ONLY Height 51.6cm x Width 57.7cm x Depth 41.6cm.
Larger garden storage boxes are sold, but I doubt you would get rattan chairs or table inside unless it is foldable. You probably need a GARDEN STORAGE CUPBOARD which are much bigger. Check measurement first!

Argos does sell front opening garden storage. They are much bigger and more expensive, and called GARDEN STORAGE CUPBOARDS, and have 2 front opening doors, with a bolt and are lockable.
Also I have noticed at time of writing, Argos are also selling upright garage and garden storage cupboards, which you might also want to look at.
Argos sell all types, by brand Keter.
The top opening garden storage boxes are lockable at front centre of lid, but you need to buy a small padlock.

Given these dimensions, it’s important to consider the size of your folding chair. If your folding chair fits within the internal dimensions, you can certainly store it in the Keter City 113L storage box.
