I absolutely love my new Ion8 cup. It keeps my coffee warm for hours, easy release lib, has a little lock also, small round handle you can fix to your bag, it doesn't smell after use leak proff very durable. Will buy again to have a spare.

Keeps hot for max 2 hours and leaks

I bought this in-store because it's winter, and I needed something to take hot drinks to work. However, after just 3 hours, the drink wasn't even warm anymore. Additionally, it leaks, despite being advertised as leak-proof (which is untrue). The first time it leaked, I thought maybe I hadn't closed the lid properly. But the same thing happened on the second day. On the third day, I made sure to close it tightly, then shook it twice to test, and realised it leaks/drips from where the lid opens—the upper half of the lid. For comparison, I also have a bottle from the brand Thermos, and it’s excellent. It keeps drinks hot for over 6 hours and doesn’t leak. I bought this one because it’s smaller and fits in my bag, but it turned out to be a waste of £18. I will try to return it if possible, but I doubt they will accept it. Only used 2 times and realised this wasn't worth it.
