Green choice
I’m really pleased with this little vacuum cleaner. I bought it for upstairs, so that I don’t have to carry the other one up, and really, it seems to work just as well, is lighter and cost a lot less. Also was packaged with paper and cardboard, no plastic! It came with 2 replacement bags and I see that these also are all paper and cardboard, like they used to be. It doesn’t have much in the way of tools, but I can live with that. It’s loud, but I don’t think louder than other cleaners.

Only had it a couple of days but so far so good. It works well, good suction, quiet, actually variable suction which is good as with an empty bag and on full suction it is hard for me to push around (I'm 67) but half power does the job and is easier to manage, you can always put it on full power for any stubborn bits. One good thing is it is small and lightweight, so you can pick it up and take it upstairs, or do the stairs easily enough. Unfortunately, that one good thing results in the one bad thing. The machine is small, so the bags are a lot smaller. They are tiny and will need changing often (they are single use bags). Be sure to google "how to make a vacuum bag reusable" to find out how to reuse them. All you need is a dowel and some bulldog clips. I am pretty sure a new unsharpened pencil will be as good as a dowel.

Super little hoover.
I bought this little hoover to use in my shed/workshop because it was cheap and cheerful. I like it so much it's staying in the house, it's so light and easy to handle, and quiet, I love it, it has a handle to carry it about, and I even like the colour. Exellent pick on the carpet. I gave it 4 stars because it only had 2 attachments, but I am still happy.
