I bought this about a month before , it does its job but is a bit tricky if you have wardrobe mirrors it will keep trying to go because it doesn’t realise that is a mirror and some parts of the rooms it doesn’t clean , I did the map a few times but still the same

Great vac, live the moo but can't mop without base
Bought this a couple of weeks ago, it's great to just set it off when you notice the floor needs a bit of tlc. Love that it mops aswell as vacs, and great at mapping out the floors/rooms. My only criticism is that it won't mop on floors where there is no base, even if the mops have been cleaned and water refilled. On floors without the base it will only vac.

This is clever kit and saves so much time
We spent ages brushing and mopping a large hard floor area and gave a thick carpet that took an age to hover. This clever bit of kit (X10 Pro) came up with its own floor plan and cleans while we’re out dog walking. The floor’s are looking brighter, the daily dog debris is cleared up and the carpet has stripes! It hasn’t got stuck yet despite small tables, stools and dining room chairs all getting in the way and if we move them it realises there’s a gap and gets those spaces too. Only negative is it empties so frequently and spends an age drying the mop but guess it knows what it’s doing. This has freed up so much time already for other jobs we rarely found time for. Very happy with this impressive bit of tech.

Makes life so much easier
So happy we invested in this, keeps our floors clean so we never have to worry about our dogs paw prints. The obstacle detection is really good and we've had no problems. The app isn't the easiest to use but we've worked it out now only minor gripe is not being able to use regular floor cleaner with it.

Love my Eufy robotic vac
Love the robotic vacuum cleaner. You have to be realistic in that you will have to move any items which you want to vac underneath but I have a large floor surface so it’s worth spending 4/5 minutes preparing. Sit back and let it clean. Only used 3 times but so far so good. Quiet whilst vacuuming but can be noisy when cleaning it’s own mop pads.

Returned unused to Argos for complete refund.
This replaced a LuBlueLu from Amazon which developed a noisy, unstoppable squeak. Opening the box we discovered the dust box was so big it would not fit the space we reserved with the LuBlueLu. Repacked it and returned same day for complete no quibble refund. Did not use it but my brother has a Eufy which he has had no problems with so would think this would be the same. Overall my star rating is purely for Argos customer service in branch.
