Sadly, not suitable.
I had to return this chair as it is rigid and there is no recline whatsoever. So the chair will click in to the isofix but when I pushed it back, the chair does not line up with the seat back. This means either you can pull the anchor tight and have the base lift off the seat or leave it loose and there is several inches of space between the chair back and the car seat. This seems like a major design flaw. It is a shame as otherwise the quality of the chair seemed decent and it would have suited our needs otherwise.

The Genesys Deluxe harnessed booster will fit in most vehicles, as long as the back seat in your vehicle is equipped with ISOFIX and a 3-point lap-and-shoulder seat belt.

"All R129 car seats are rated based on height alone, not weight or age. While it is always best practice to keep a young child rear-facing for as long as possible, as long as they meet the minimum height requirement of 76 cm, you should be fine using this seat forward-facing. The age reference is provided to help ensure that children do not transition to forward-facing too soon or before they are developmentally ready. Please keep in mind that the height requirement is crucial for proper harness positioning and effectiveness in securing your child safely."

The Genesys I-size Harnessed Booster Car Seat is installed to the vehicle using the Isofix connectors and the top-tether. When using this seat in booster mode (after child has reached 100 cm), it is the vehicle's seatbelt that secures the child to the seat.
