Manufacturing fault
I brought this bike as a Christmas present for my son. After our first ride, the back gear cassette started intermittently spinning free of the back wheel, meaning you would pedal but the wheel wouldn't turn. I took the bike back, got a refund and bought a new bike of the same model. Exactly the same thing happened again with the new bike. After this I got a refund again and took my business to halfords. We are very happy with that bike. It's a pitty, if it wasn't for this fault, the rest of the bike seemed pretty good for the price.

Bike review
The overall look and solidarity of the bike is neat..however the tyres were completely flat and breaks wiring is very poor. I took the bike to an experienced bike retailer. They re placed the break wire and secured them much neater for a reasonable fee. Considering alternative more expensive bikes this was just fine despite the inability to build and ride immediately on Christmas Day

“ The stem and the seat post to raise the saddle have minimum insertion marks, so they can be lifted up to this minimum insertion mark.
There are two allen key bolts on the down tube where the customer can fit a bottle cage and bottle to, we do not supply the bootle and cage with the bike. See below the two studs on the down tube. ”
