The Jay-Be Compact Folding Bed turns any room into a bedroom in seconds, ideal when guests stay over. Its sleek folding design means you can tuck it away neatly when not in use, ready to move from room to room or take camping. The galvanised steel frame with J-Grip legs provides stable support for sleepers up to 140kg. A Mono-Tex platform base and breathable e-Fibre mattress work together to deliver comfortable rest and long-term durability. The medium-feel mattress is 5cm deep, enough for a decent night's sleep without bulk.
Plastic feet on all legs protect your floors from scratches and scuffs. It folds down to a narrow profile that stores upright in cupboards or behind doors without taking up floor space. The frame is made in the UK and exceeds internationally recognised safety and quality standards. Arrives fully assembled, so you just unfold it and it's ready to use. Good but get the one with the thicker mattress.
Well made and easy to erect. Initially very comfortable. However after a a few hours I found my hip was a little uncomfortable. I placed a thin 25mm self inflating mattress under this bed’s mattress which made it very comfortable. Therefore, I would recommend the model with the thicker mattress. But overall, I’m happy with it and would say it’s good value.

Lovely occasional guest bed
Very good bed. The mattress is OK but has some drawbacks. The cold metal frame sticks out from under it, making it less cosy (can't sit at the edge of the bed comfortably). We swapped the mattress with a standard single and it became a great guest bed.

Comfortable bed
I bought this a couple of months ago for when my grandchildren come to stay. It is very comfortable easy to assemble and takes up very little space it is very easy just ti slide under a bed

Great guestbed
Great little bed, easy to put up and down, lightweight, the kids love it. Apparently its comfortable also. Great for sleepovers, and easy to store away when not in use.

The legs do not click into place as such but they do have J Grip anti tip legs which are securely stable. The bed weighs 7.9Kg and the legs should stay in place when the bed is moved.
