As someone who struggles with low energy and mood dips during the darker months, this lamp has made a noticeable different. Easy to use and Compact and stylish design.

Easy to use

My partner was advised to use one of these to help with his depression. It’s very light weight and easy to set up with clear instructions on when and how to use. It has settings for morning, afternoon and evening. It’s early days so can’t say if it’s doing what is says it’s supposed to do

Great product

The light is spot on as it is adjustable, I love using relax at night. It is lightweight and very stillish. You have three option to choose from so it is very cool.

Unexpectedly effective at boosting your mood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly efficient at boosting your mood. I work a desk job and while I’ve done everything to ensure I get the most natural light I can at my workstation, I do live in the UK, and the weather is of the dark and brooding variety for the better half of the year. For the past three weeks I tested out the Beurer Perfect Day Daylight Therapy lamp in a few different setups and while I do not suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, just the garden variety depression and anxiety, it has absolutely affected my mood positively. I have to say the light is very bright, all three modes - therapy, active and relax. The recommended use of this device is at close proximity to the user’s face, with direct eye contact for a limited period of time and I found this a bit challenging and not always pleasant due to the high brightness. This is also the reason my overall rating is at 4 stars, even if my overall experience is very positive. As an ambient light source on a side table by my desk, or as a substitute desk light, however, is where I feel this light gives me the best experience and effects. It absolutely brightens my work space and makes up for the lack of natural light on darker days and it does lift my mood and make me feel brighter instantly. I use the Relax mode early in the morning, then switch to Active for most of my day and I wrap up with Relax mode again around sunset. Overall the experience with the TL 45 Beurer Perfect Day Daylight Therapy lamp has been very positive and actually worth the price tag, even if I’ve strayed a bit from the intended use. I am considering getting a sunrise alarm clock and another therapy/mood light for my living room as a result, as I have found it unexpectedly effective for me.

Amazing therapy light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such and amazing product from Beurer. It changed my day routine completely. I used to go for a nap every day, because lack of sun and lack of vitamin D makes me very sleepy and tired. Now I take this like whatever house or office work I do and place next to me. Finally, I am managing some days without going for a nap. It works like a magic! I am usually using active setting. If you are working from home or in an office, this amazing light is for you. It's a lovely design, easy to use and it's comes with a very comfortable stand. It's so simple to use, it has only 4 buttons, one to switch on, and when 3 buttons to choose your preferences. Therapy and active light is very bright, but surprisingly my eyes don't hurt, such a smart technology! For chill evenings I like relax settings, it drifts me to sleep. It's don't take much electricity and really effective, can't recommend this light enough!

Daylight therapy light is a must for winter days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this product! Great for dark mornings to help adjust waking up for work, the light therapy put me in a good mood for the day. Amazing for just before bed, the relax setting is ideal for reading a book in bed. The box design is a little chunky but great daylight therapy lamp.

Fantastic Boost Over Winter Months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] January is a tough, bleak, dark month for most of us. The joy of Christmas is gone all the fairy lights have been packed away and everything seems dim. Step up this light! It has been amazing at making me feel brighter on myself. I have used this while working from home and have it on my desk and I feel it has made a huge difference. I would not go back to not using it over the winter months from now on!

Improves my mood like on a sunny day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lamp, I feel like it helps my mood. You can change the brightness, it has 3 setting I prefer the relax setting. It is energy efficient and looks great. Easy to move around but I keep it in my living room and have it on most of the day.

Good for mimicking daylight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the lamp is good in that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and the lamp is quite bright when used. However I found it too bright and it doesn’t have a setting to control the brightness which would’ve been useful. It’s also not wireless which can be inconvenient as you can’t move it around easily. The light does a good job of mimicking daylight.

Amazing lamp for brightening up any mood
