tower breadmaker
bought this breadmaker last week and I'm very pleased with it. Despite being a budget model it works very well and is very easy to use with straight forward control buttons. It's also nice and compact which is perfect for my very small kitchen. i only use the darkest crust setting as the lighter crust settings were too light for my liking. It makes a nice airy loaf and even the ultra fast bake is very good. So all in all I would recommend this machine to anyone taking their first venture into breadmaking machines..

I'm so happy with this breadmaker. It's great value and produces perfect results every time. It comes with good instructions and some basic recipes to get you started. I particularly like that you can time the bread to be ready for first thing in the morning and using good whole ingredients, it cuts out all the processed nasties !

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower T11003 Digital Breadmaker - Black: The machine’s Dough programme is designed to knead and partially rise the dough — it doesn’t do a full bake inside the machine. It will mix the ingredients, knead the dough, and let it rest/prove to some extent.
