About this product
The Beldray 15-in-1 Handheld Steam Cleaner is a proper multitasker that heats up in just 20 seconds and gives you 16 minutes of continuous steam from the 550ml water tank. It's designed for chemical-free cleaning across your whole house, and at 2kg it's light enough to carry around without getting tired. The trigger-activated steam means you control exactly when and where it releases, and the 5m power cord gives you plenty of reach.
You get a full set of attachments for almost any surface - an extension hose and mop pads for sealed wood, tile and laminate floors, plus a carpet glider for carpets and rugs. The window cleaner handles mirrors and shower screens without streaks, and the garment and upholstery steamer revives fabrics. It includes a general nozzle, angled nozzle, round brush, extension tube with floor head, mini mop head, two mop pads, funnel and measuring jug. The steam flow rate is 30g per minute. Beldray recommends water only, handy with kids or pets. It has overheat protection and runs at 1350 watts.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Beldray 15-in-1 Handheld Steam Cleaner.
Please ensure the extension handle and mop head are firmly pushed together until fully secure, as they may feel stiff on first use.
The mop head is designed to have a small amount of movement to help with steering, but it should not feel excessively loose. If you are experiencing reduced performance, please check that all attachments are clean and free from blockages, and ensure the water tank is correctly filled. You may also wish to descale the unit if needed.
This model is primarily a handheld steamer, with the mop function as an additional attachment, so some flexibility in the handle and head is expected.

It's suitable for cleaning household surfaces and is designed for chemical-free cleaning and sanitising.
