Broken within six weeks.
Lasted 6 weeks then the roller brush snapped in two during normal use. Samsung will not repair or replace this under warranty. This expensive device is not fit for normal domestic use. Don’t buy.

Design faults
Just doesnt work unfortunately, every time the bot leaves the staion it knocks one of the mops heads and then when the bot goes back to get the mops heads or recharge it cant because the mop head is blocking it. So everyt8me u use the jetbot you get home to it making a noise that its stuck but its the mops heads blocking it, so hands and knees job every time, shame ive contacted samsung with little use. And they keep removing my reviews?

This is so helpful to have, it's hoovers really well and mops. It doesn't go really well along the wall but for every day cleaning is great. Also you can't create 2 floors, but it will hoover the second floor. It's really silent, exept went empty the dust

Great Purchase
Very happy with this purchase. Firstly the app is user friendly and intuitive. As for the product itself I've been impressed with its functionality and obstruction detection ability. The functionality of automatically detecting different flooring types and self adjusting settings to suit is very useful, what was particularly impressive was the suction and general performance on thick carpet with excessive dog hair. The overall unit is quite large but the sleek design allow it to fit into the space without looking out of place.

Fantastic robot vacuum - excellent hygiene
Very powerful robot vacuum. Only had it for a week but very happy with it. Moves very fast, doesn't crash into everything due to its sensor. Homes very well also. Very large water tank. Steam feature is great to have to sterilise the mop pads.

NO SPARES ON SALE
No Spares Available - People be careful before buying this Product. You will end up chasing customer services which will point you to third party suppliers and they dont stock the spares. So my suggestion dont buy it. I am stuck with it for now. Cannot return it either as you will loose a big chunk of money :(

Disappointing Performance and Poor Edge Cleaning I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo 3-in-1 Cleaning Robot, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with its performance, particularly when it comes to cleaning edges. The cleaner simply does not reach the edges of my rooms effectively. After sending it for repair, I was informed that this limitation is a part of its design. I find it hard to believe that a product marketed as a high-tech cleaning solution would overlook such a fundamental aspect of cleaning. The fact that it cannot clean corners or along baseboards means that I still have to manually clean those areas, negating the convenience I was hoping for. I expected better from a product at this price point. The features like automatic mop washing and sanitizing with steam sound great on paper, but if the device can't perform the basic task of edge cleaning, then it's just not worth the investment. Overall, I feel like I've wasted my money on this product. If you're looking for a robot vacuum that can handle all aspects of cleaning, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Save your money and invest in a cleaner that actually delivers on its promises.
