First one broke, second one is still working
Needed a plastic tool so that we wouldn't scratch our non-stick pans. Bought one on these last November and it stopped working after 2-3 months. Argos were brilliant and swapped it over. The first one we got didn't have variable speed, but performed well (until it broke!). Gonna have to see how long the swapped one lasts for!

Bloomin' marvellous budget blender
Top budget purchase. You don't voluntarily buy the same hand blender twice unless it does what it's supposed to do - and well. My go-to test is pesto - which means it has to handle pine nuts and firm pecorino. The blade is just right for both, the adjustable speed is ideal for going from gentle on the hard stuff to whizzing through to the finale. Ta-dah! Easy to hand-wash and neat storage. What's not to like?

I bought a while ago. Great price. Does exactly what it should. Easy to use, clean etc Nothing fancy, but makes a great soup or katsu curry sauce.

The blender comes in two parts. But when attached it seems loose like the parts are going to come apart. Flimsy. Not impressed. Returned due to poor quality.

I bought this to make soup with. Was easy to use. My only disappointment was after i blended the soup the attachment stained and it will not come off. Looks grubby, but does not stop the performance.
