Sliding wardrobe kits make full use of existing alcoves by having a trackset that fits straight to your ceiling/floor, no need for bulky side or top panels. The kit contains 4 sliding doors and a trackset for an opening width of 297.8cm wall to wall. You can use Spacepro matched end panels to create a false end if your opening is too big. The doors have safety backed glass and anti-jump clips to ensure safe sliding. Don't forget an Aura storage kit for a complete project that's easy to install.
Tracksets are provided at a larger size than the opening so you can cut them to suit your exact needs and can be fitted in a couple of hours. Made in the uk. Products are home delivered within 14 days and have a 30 day money back guarantee for unopened products.

Great overall finish accomplished
Didn’t take long and half the price than elsewhere. Got my desired look. And gives my small bedroom the look of a tardis, with some much more space and easier to access.

Very nice sliding door.
It took a while to install because our ceiling is not straigth. We had to get a handyman to put a foundation around it. Overall took 2.5hrs to install. The design look amazing.

parcel arrived damaged no help was given
The sliding wardrobe arrived with part of the fittings damaged. Customer service said we would have to return all 4 doors and fittings if we wanted an exchange but the damaged part was just the tracking for the doors to fit on. The hassle of sending 4 heavy large doors was not something we wanted to do. We just simply wanted the track replaced but were told this wasn’t possible. The damaged part of the wardrobe really sticks out and sadly leaves us with regret of purchasing this from Argos.

Once we made the space to fit the track height we needed we were able to fit the track using spacers very easily. Doors go in very easily too.

I have spoken to our suppliers who have advised as follows.
For the standard doors the opening height required is 2260mm – this includes the tracks.
The doors have a approx 12mm tolerance upwards from the bottom wheel, this is to account for uneven ceilings etc,

I can confirm the space this set is made for is 2978mm Width and 2260mm height.
This does come with the complete trackset and is not advised as soft close.

I have spoken to our supplier who have confirmed as follows.
The width of the tracks are dependent on the style of frame you are interested in purchasing.
Classic/Shaker = 90mm top – 56mm bottom
Minimalist = 80mm top – 75mm bottom.

The Sliding Doors and track W2978 White Frame Mirror is for openings 297.8cm wide and 226cm high. This would be a little to narrow and too tall for an exact fit. Of course, there is the option of you fitting some extra blank section to fill the space between the ceiling and the top of this but it wouldn't be able to ever fit flush with the ceiling.

The recommended opening for this kit is 2978mm however the customer could use this to fit their opening. This would result in a smaller overlap than the recommended 2 at 35mm each.
