I bought this to use when my elderly Aunt visits, so not used regularly but it definitely helps to get her in our front door, reduces the height of our step.

Functional, robust and excellent value.
Purchased to make access through our front door easier, the half step is functional, seems robust and is excellent value for the price. The step is black with a bright white tread with a stippled surface that provides good grip. The white finish is good for users with impaired vision in that it helps define the tread area. However, as an alternative for those who only need help to navigate the vertical difference, an option of a more subdued colour (say, grey or black) for the tread would make it less conspicuous and blend in.

Great step for the money
This is the second one I have bought. Excellent value for money. The first one lasted for several years before cracking in the centre. However it was used daily and lasted far longer than I expected. The step is really stable and never once moved.
