You microwave for around 2 minutes depending on the power of your microwave, first try 1 and a half then increase in 30 second increments to suit your desired temperature

It is recommended that after each 5 uses you put a small container of water with the Fleece Wheat Warmer in the microwave to maximise the longevity of your heat pack.
Alternatively you can place it in the refrigerator in an open paper bag overnight.
