The story of Cal Kestis continues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a third person galaxy-spanning action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. This narratively driven, single player title picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and follows Cal's increasingly desperate fight as the galaxy descends further into darkness. Pushed to the edges of the galaxy by the Empire, Cal will find himself surrounded by threats new and familiar.
No longer a Padawan, Cal has come into his own and grown into a powerful Jedi Knight. Carrying the memories and expectations of the Jedi Order with him, his crusade against the Empire has only become more perilous. The Dark Times are closing in - with enemies new and familiar surrounding him, Cal will need to decide how far he's willing to go to save those closest to him.
The cinematic combat system returns with additional Force abilities and new lightsaber fighting styles. Creatively leverage all these abilities and weapons to strategically take on an expanded host of enemies, sizing up strengths and weaknesses while cleverly utilising your training to overcome your opponents and solve the mysteries that lay in your path.

Jedi Survivor
Really happy I decided to pick up this game. The story is very engaging upping the emotion and action from the previous game, and exploring even more complex relationships between characters. Whilst the gameplay introduces all these new lightsaber techniques which are all unique and exciting to use, there’s also lots of new mechanics to create new puzzles throughout exploring the planets in the game. My only gripe with the game so far has been sometimes maps don’t load fully and can be disappointing to have the game not feel completely polished even two years since it released. Packaging is completely fine it’s your standard Ps5 case with some neat cover art. Overall it’s really just an enhancement of the previous game in the series, a progression of a lot of seeds planted before which isn’t bad but I wish outside of the story and cinematics it reached for a bit more with itself.

Jedi puzzle
This is a beautiful, complex and very challenging Star Wars story. The graphics are smooth and characterful. Your robot companion useful and sweet, but the real challenge in Jedi survivor is knowing where to go. The game does not give you many clues. There is a map and a minimal hud which helps immersion but you may find yourself wandering off the beaten track regularly. The combat is definitely a challenge but satisfying. A solid, deep flawed but beautiful game.

Great game and easy pick up from argos
Great offer from Argos for a great game, love Star Wars and recommend it a lot. It's a sequel to the game Fallen Order, so I recommend picking that first or together with this one. Gameplay is almost like a Souls-like like in the Star Wars universe, more forgiving though.

I played Star Wars Outlaws but I missed the Lightsaber. I bought this Star Wars Jedi: Survival and it is really lovely game to play and I'm enjoying it using the lightsaber to do justice to the enemies 😀
