About this product
This Keter Darwin plastic shed stores garden equipment and keeps it protected in smaller outdoor spaces. It's made from Evotech material that looks like natural wood but requires no upkeep. The double-wall panels provide strength and weather resistance throughout the year. A metal-reinforced floor panel is included to keep your items away from mud and groundwater. The lockable doors let you add your own padlock for security.
The tongue-and-groove construction creates a rigid structure that won't need painting or treatment. It's big enough to store garden tools, outdoor accessories and equipment together. The recyclable material means no ongoing maintenance while protecting your belongings from rain and damp. Assembly is straightforward and gloves are recommended. You'll have weatherproof storage that fits neatly into compact garden areas.

Poor instructions
Took 3 of us 4 hours, we’re not diy experts and when we eventually used a drill it was a lot better. Instructions are a bit hit and miss and not really clear. Seems sturdy enough and no leaks even through a bad thunderstorm. No maintenance such a bonus.

I bought this a few weeks ago, at first I tried for hours putting it together with my friend, but we had a lot of trouble with the instructions, they are not very clear!!! So my brother built it for me a few days later, which took four hours to build, all the screws wasn't aligned with the shed so my brother had to make more holes, once built it's perfect I'm happy with my shed and fits quite a lot in. The colour is great and sturdy. But be warned it was a nightmare building it.

Good for small spaces
Definitely need two people erect. Some parts out of line, if you did not have do it yourself knowledge you would struggle. On the box 2 hours stated but took over 6 hours for 2 people. I am happy with it now it is complete and in use but did buy 4 tier shelf unit which has greatly increased usable space.

For the Keter Darwin Plastic Green Apex Shed - 4 x 4ft, the locking point takes a padlock through a hole at the top of the handle. The guidance given is for a padlock shackle of 6–10mm diameter and 50mm+ long shackle.
For the Master Lock All Purpose Combination Padlock, the shackle thickness is 6mm, so that matches the shed's stated range.
