Useless after 2 years
Purchased this product in August 2024, was happy at the start, however recently it isn't working properly. It just locks the flosser each time I'm trying to use it. And surprisingly 2 years warranty barely expires. Not happy with the product.

Glad I tried it but not suitable for me due to sensitive teeth, it was rather uncomfortable to use but my son thought it was great. Shame Argos wouldn’t let me return it, had to return through Ordo directly who were brilliant!

works well at cleaning
I bought this to replace a 'Waterpik' that had only lasted a year. I was looking forward to using the new Ordo, but found the controls in the completely opposite side to what I was used to. Having persevered, I am pleased with the product now. It's good looking and comes with the added bonus of a travel bag.

Great water flosser
After going through 2 flossers from another brand in quick succession, this one works much more smoothly. It’s very efficient but easy to press the wrong buttons by mistake, so I’m glad it features a lock button. Easy to recharge.

Bought this to replace my sonicare flosser which broke. This is so much easier to use thanks to the on demand button. I can now easily pause to switch quadrants instead of hurting my palate and gums while the flosser carries on operating.

Brilliant product
Very good product, once I got use to the pressure nearly blew my head off first time I switched it on. Definitely worth a buy. I don’t understand why my dentist didn’t recommend me buying this, probably because I wouldn’t need to see them as much if I had been using this sooner.
