Hearing aid
It’s ok but not really sound ok but found it difficult to keep on the ear especially when put putting on glasses and taking them off and I have a small ear maybe ok if not busy and just for Listening to TV.I found a better ones that just pop in the ear and are rechargeable but will keep as a back up

As good Asan nhs unit, but not quite the quality
Units are extremely good value, not quite the quality as nhs items several hundred pounds more expensive, with constant use, they do seem To have a shortened life of around four months - if you’re lucky. They are larger than their modern equivalents, but an easy solution on a restricted budget

Substitute
Bought this as a standby, my Husbands NHS hearing aid ceased to work, and there was a 2 week wait for appointment,he is profoundly deaf ,this did help slightly not brilliantly .depends on your hearing loss

No substitute for a hearing aid.
I wear hearing aids and thought this might do temporarily while waiting for a repair appointment. Didn't work for me at all. All I could hear was 'white noise'. Perhaps it just didn't suit my hearing loss but my wife also had one and it caused tinnitus. It might suit some people with a different type of hearing loss. Returned both for a refund. We returned both for a tefind
