Hp laser printer
I have had this printer for a few months. It's very easy to set up the instructionsvery clear , easy to use and connect to your wifi without any problems.

I recently purchased this Laser Jet Pro on line. So far I’m really happy with the printer. There are some aspects I’m not sure of but I’m sure I’ll work it out.

Whilst the actual buying and delivery experience was with out fault, the experience since with after-sales advice, service, assistance, etc. has with one exception, a young man based in Tunisia, been appalling. All of the others did not know the product and could not solve my set-up issues. I still cannot print from my phone and the last person just gave up. The installation procedures using the HP tools is cumbersome and time consuming and do not seem to gel with the Microsoft operating system (Windows 10).

Excellent replacement for old printer
Great purchase colour laser printer. Many extra features that help and set up was straightforward. Some options about network and email settings are dated and not relevant, shame! However, if you use the printer locally and need colour and 2 sided printing, this is fantastic!

As a printer / scanner it's great, but...
The printer itself is great, good print quality with photos, quick for domestic / small business use. A very versatile machine. The 'but' is that the scan to email function is VERY outdated in the way it works. It relies on a service that most email providers don't use now as it's too insecure, so you will not be able to set up scan to email using Outlook, Yahoo etc. I did manage to get it working with google mail, but it required hours of back & forth with HP support and they themselves found it very difficult to get it working. Annoyingly, I bought this product with the purpose of scan to email in mind and I very nearly returned it. I also had an issue with the serial number already being registered with HP so I had to argue the toss with them that I had 6m more warranty than they claimed - clearly this was a returned or refurbished product. This is probably specific to my device however. So yes, great machine, but the setup was way more painful than it should have been.

High Print Quality! As expected for HP.
Very easy to setup. Installation of software went smoothly and setup for various options a little different from earlier products (10year old) but worked first time. To early to comment on print quality but initial impressions are good as always with HP products.

It supports Apple AirPrint so will work from the default printer/scanner app but in MacOS.
