I've found this doorbell a bit jittery. Often mistakes people for vehicles. Sometimes fails to detect obvious movement. Has this been superseded by an upgraded device??

Outstanding Doorbell.
I needed a replacement for an existing Ring doorbell which I'd never been happy with. I have several Tapo security cameras and purchased their doorbell because together with an excellent phone app, the cameras have worked flawlessly. The doorbell hasn't disappointed with excellent facilities and function.

Great video doorbell and no expensive subscription
Changed from an inherited Ring doorbell that was going to cost £50 per year to maintain. This Tapo doorbell can store footage using a micro SD card, so no subscription needed. Also comes with a chime which Ring doorbell didn’t have. Good, clear picture and lots of settings so you can pick up what you want/need. Recommended.

I bought this video doorbell to replace my enway door bell that stopped connecting to my wi-fi. This Tapo door bell was eay to install, gives clear pictures even with night vision, no subscription needed. Great price compared to other video doorbells. Chime included, highly recommend.
