Braun silk epil 9 flex is waste of money, after buying it the head doesn't work had to send it twice to get it repaired. Now the third time it again stopped working

Works amazing
Only used once so far and had it for 3 weeks now. I’m pregnant and typically have really fast hair growth and bought this as i was starting to struggle to be leaning so much to shave regularly. As long as you have long enough hair to all bee caught by it then you shouldn’t have a problem. It hurts yes, but it’s tweezing out your hair so pain is expected. I’ve easily done my legs, armpits and front pubic area all in one charge and it’s all still not grown back. Just make sure you have an eu to uk plug so you can charge it as it doesn’t come with a UK connector
