Small but powerful epilator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who usually swears by laser hair removal and/or shaving, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this product but the Braun Silk-épil 5 5-000 Epilator Wet & Dry was a nice surprise! It’s easy to use, with nice ergonomics and handling. It’s quite powerful despite its small size and is fairly effective. It’s not as painful as other epilators I have used in the past which is nice, but I find shaving leaves my legs feeling smoother. If your skin isn’t too sensitive and you’d like your hair removal to last longer, I’d recommend you give this product a try!

Easy and quick to use on legs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I was super hesitant to try as last time I use an epilator (years and years ago) it hurt like (insert your own phrase). However, I was pleasantly surprised this wasn’t that painful and it was quick - so that was probably why. I tried on my calf first and as you can see I left the hair growth to really see the difference. Cannot comment on if it lasts a month but so far it’s been a week and half and still feels smooth - the odd hair here and there but that’s natural hair cycle growth. Easy to use, easy to clean afterwards and great for legs.

Beauty is pain!

The design is sleek and easy to use and delivers great results with little effort. It does hurt however, so anyone that tells you it doesn’t is a liar! But beauty is pain. It’s a really handy size, can be used both wet and dry and it feels nice and comfortable in your hands.

Nice at home alternative to razors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good alternative to razors and easy to use at home. It’s easy to use and can be used wet or dry. Removes hair efficiently and over time you can use it less frequently. There is a pinch when using but I got used to it after a few times. It is annoying to clean after use, and I wish it came with a storage bag and brush. It did come with a charger and I don’t find I constantly have to plug it in which is nice. I will continue to use!

Amazing, fast and not painfull
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used an epilate in like a decade, and all I remembered was that they hurt, and took a while (hence why I moved to shaving). I was soo impressed with this, especially the design of it. Not only did it remove the hair really quick and efficiently (maybe due to the massage roller head that moved as it went over the grooves in your skin, grabbing all hairs) it did not hurt at all. The after pic was taken immediately after, and my skin was not red at all.

Does a good job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m pleased this can be used in the shower as it cuts my getting ready time down. It’s very loud and sounds like it will be very harsh, it hurts a little bit but nothing unbearable, although more so than my old one. I only have very soft and fine random hairs on my legs and this handled them with no problem so I’m confident that it would do a good job on more corse or dark hairs. Easy to clean with the little brush or a rinse under the tap and it charges relatively quickly. It feels a little clunky in my hand but my hands are very small in comparison to normal people so that’s to be expected. All in all I would recommend it as I think it’s good value for money and does a good job.

Unexpectedly a positive experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried an epilator years ago and couldn’t stand it, it was so painful. So I was a bit apprehensive about trying the Braun wet and dry epilator. I initially used the epilator dry on one leg which was uncomfortable to begin with but not painful as such. It was very effective in removing the hair and I prefer the second (faster) setting than the first setting. I then attempted to use the epilator on my other leg in the shower, I found this painful and less effective so decided to use the epilator dry for my second leg also. Afterwards both legs were very red and splotchy, by an hour later at the most, they were soft and hair free. I used the epilator 4 weeks ago and my legs are still silky soft. I would say it’s definitely worth purchasing even if you have had a previous negative experience you are likely to have a more positive experience with this epilator.

My go to for smooth skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best hair removal product I’ve ever used it takes fist few uses to get used to it but once you get the hang of it it’s a breeze. I used it last month and still no sign of new hair! Skin is extremely smooth and soft. It has 2 speed settings and the convenient design for wet and dry is a game changer. Id definitely recommend giving this a try !
