The flexible head is the best part because it moves, so it doesn’t miss spots and feels more comfortable to use, especially on areas like knees.It removes even very short hairs, and my skin stays smooth for weeks. I also like that I can use it wet or dry, and it feels gentler when used in the shower. The handle is easy to hold and feels premium and well made. Epilation always feels a bit uncomfortable, but with this one is much more gentle than I expected. Well …. this product is absolutely fantastic, why did I not get one of these before? This set comes with two heads, instructions, little brush, a bag to store it in, charging cable. I must say this is one quality product! The head is flexible so it literally glides over your skin. The product can be used on wet skin or dry. This product gives you up to 4 weeks silky smooth skin. I can’t wait to do this before my holiday and not have to bother with taking a razor. “FLUFF”free. The instructions are easy to follow, the handle is smooth and fits in your hands perfectly. While using you will feel a slight feeling but it doesn’t hurt. The instructions say you may get some redness but that’s not happened to me. Bye bye ordinary razors I’m absolutely blown away. My skin feels so smooth and really has done the job good. The device has a power on button and also cable to charge the product meaning it can be cordless and ideal to use in the shower. 360* flex effortless results every time. I didn’t feel any heat coming off it. The product has a wide head for faster results, it’s 40 micro grip tweezers get even the shortest hairs. I would recommend this product and it’s got top marks from me!

This product is amazing, i’ve always wanted to try an epilator and i’m really pleased with the results - although it does hurt at first i’ve got used to it quickly. It’s really easy to use and i love how the product looks, it comes with various attachments for different needs/areas and a gorgeous rose gold bag for storage. It’s much easier than shaving and the long term results are definitely worth the short term pain, i shave my legs every week so this will be life changing!

It covers all areas really quickly & effectively. It’s really well made and you can tell it’s a high quality product. Great value for the money for the job it does. I found it slightly painful at first but once you get used to it then it sort wears off quickly. It’s easy to set up your up and running within minutes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars as I feel the price is a little high for what it is other than that I can’t fault it & I do recommend if you got that budget.

Having never used an epilator before the sensation was a little strange. At first it felt like tiny nails scratching over the surface of my skin, however very quickly I got used to the sensation. It is a clean and convenient method of hair removal that is quicker than waxing but has longer lasting results than shaving. This brand model is beautifully designed, compact and can be used wet or dry. If you are looking for an epilator, I would recommend it.

Having looked into this, the battery is rechargeable with a cable. This is a 2 pin cable, the adaptor is not included.

The suppliers have advised that this Braun Silk-epil 9 Flex 9-041 3D Wet & Dry Cordless Epilator can be used on the face. However, they have said to avoid using it near the eyes or on very sensitive skin, such as around the eyebrows.
The suppliers have also advised that a facial cap is included that makes it suitable for facial use.

I have used it on my chin for very stubborn short hair and it did not leave any marks. Probably not good for the rest of the face though. Might be a bit too harsh.
