Customers Say
The Eufy RoboVac L60 Hybrid is praised for its effective cleaning, ease of use, and smart mapping features. However, it struggles with pet hair on carpets and has some usability issues, particularly for those with mobility challenges.

Robot hoover
Works well on hard floor surfaces but not so well on rugs or carpets. No good for pet hair as it just smears the hair around but for small bits of fluff or crumbs it’s good. App is easy to use and understand.

Bad product
I brought this because I thought it be better at picking up dirt and the mapping but in reality this item talks, super annoying, dosent come with a remote, cant pick up simple mess like coffee grounds off the floor and the mapping dsoent can the room well.

Way too much hassle associated with its use
I bought this as a disabled person to help clean under the bed especially, but I’ve had a lot of problems with it. Firstly, you do have to be very careful not to leave leads and other things around that it could get entangled in, and the preparatory work has proven pretty extensive. It’s too easy to forget something. I often find that the robot gets stuck in some way or another and that I have to go back upstairs to rectify the problem. If anything happens, it often forgets a part of the room as a consequence of the disturbance, and so I have to redo the whole session. I don’t want to be close during the session because of the noise, as I’m sensitive to sound. The start up chime and voice commands have been especially difficult for me to put up with, and they always occur when I’m near it, of course. There is no way of removing these sounds or even changing the annoying woman’s voice to something more pleasant. After the session, you have to remember to remove the mop (if you remembered to put it on in the first place!), and it’s actually not that easy to align. I often find myself fiddling with the holes. You also have to take apart a whole lot of bits and clean them. The filter is particularly hard to get off, there is no simple mechanism for this, you have to pinch and pull from the sides, and you’re then sat with three filters that you have to leave somewhere to dry. There are so many pieces that have to be stored while they dry. It’s incredibly impractical in a small household. The container is also difficult to fill up, especially if you have low sink taps like I do, as there is no spout for this job and it’s hard to see when it’s full. I often find myself crawling on the floor, trying to deal with issues, for instance, trying to remember how to take the container off (it’s different from another Eufy model I have). It often drops for some unknown reason. I don’t have a convenient surface where I could deal with all the issues and the robot itself is not all that light. I don’t think it’s at all suitable for a disabled person and I regret buying it. It’s causing me more hassle than I could ever have expected. Does it clean ok, well yes but that doesn’t make up for the insane hassle that comes with it. The dual function makes it even more overwhelming, since it’s wet, you have to remember to deal with it straight away. I’ve often also found it has de-charged itself when left slightly out of line with the charger, and it takes quite a while to charge. In addition, I’m struggling with the space the robot itself takes up, it’s currently under a cabinet but that also makes it very hard to access for all the reasons mentioned above.

Great for keeping on top of the pet hair
Get bit of tech, it doesn't substitute a vacuum but great to keep on top of pet hair, i use to vacuum every day as Dalmatians malt a lot but now i vacuum maybe twice a week, with this tech friendly robot going round twice a day set on an auto timer.

Excellent vacuum cleaner

Great
Edgar does the hoovering whilst I’m working, it’s great. Haven’t used the mop function yet as quite quick to just mop when he’s finished. Probably will use mop function at some stage. I just hoover once a week now with main hoover. After their initial introduction the dog doesn’t mind him either.
