Purchased around 1 month ago for the sole purpose of picking up dog hair from the hard floor surface in my kitchen dining room. It does the job well and also mops if I want it to. I have tested it on carpets and it works well also.

Great for hard floors
Great for my kitchen dining and utility area because it’s all hard floors. Four stars because it’s no good for carpets really, the suction is not strong enough. Haven’t tried the mopping function because I imagine it would just be wetting the floor if the cloth is not rinsed out at intervals. Anyway, once you’ve done a few observed trial runs to eliminate where it gets stuck you can just time it to run when you are in bed.

Noisy and struggles with carpet
Slow to clean. There is a lot of noise generated by the vacuum. This is my second Eufy and I am disappointed in its performance. Cleaning the carpets is poor and I have no children, pets or heavy footfall environment. It appears bulky.

We've had this a few weeks now. Now we've used cable ties and adjusted furniture locations it's working great. I can't believe how much it picks up! Great to keep dog hairs in check!

I can advise that page 4 in the manual advises about setting up barriers and part F advises:
Anit-drop sensors will prevent Robovac from tumbling down stairs and steep drops in most cases.

This is suitable for deep pile carpet and rugs.
The eufy G50 Hybrid Robot Vacuum uses dynamic navigation to methodically clean your space. If you leave doors open, it can move into other rooms and clean them as part of its navigation process. It doesn't "learn" in the sense of memorising layouts, but it will navigate through open spaces during each cleaning session.

The eufy G50 Hybrid Robot Vacuum & Mop with Auto-Detangle Brush does not support mapping features, nor can it specify areas for targeted cleaning or set no-go zones. You can use the remote control in the app or physically move the product to the designated area for targeted cleaning.
We can't compare it to the L60 as this would be subjective opinion. Please look at reviews to see what is best for you.
