About this product
The eufy G50 Hybrid is a robot vacuum and mop that takes care of floors without you having to lift a finger. It's got strong suction that shifts pet hair, crumbs and dust from carpets and hard floors, and the dustbin holds a decent amount before you need to empty it. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth so you can schedule cleans or set it off for spot cleaning through the eufy app, and it comes with a docking station that it returns to on its own when the battery's low.
The eufy G50 Hybrid uses dynamic navigation to clean methodically and fits under sofas and cabinets without getting stuck. Its roller brush has a patented Pro-Detangle Comb that removes hair automatically. A soft mop pad and water tank handle light cleaning on hard floors; remove the mop holder for carpets. The washable HEPA filter traps small particles and pet dander. It runs up to two hours, charges in five, and is quieter than most vacuums. Includes side brush, mopping module, and cleaning tool. Works on carpets, deep pile, wool, hard floors, and laminate.

Bought this a month ago for the kitchen. The dogs are forever shedding and bringing dirt into the house from the garden, along with crumbs etc we felt like we were always sweeping and hoovering. This little robot vac has been perfect we turn it on from our phone and forget about it. The dogs don't attack it and it works it's way round the room collecting dirt. It detangles itself it alerts us to any problems such as the dustbin falling off audibly and through the app. Helps keeps things neat with very little effort. The mop function is pretty useless but that's OK we only really wanted it as a vacuum.

Eufy aka our Guido is Average
It is what is it, basic! I wish I had spent a bit more money. Only one rotary brush and rolling brush so it doesn't pick up everything. However as I find it difficult with sweeping i call my Eufy the glorified electric floor brush. That said it is reliable and not mechanical issues or any other issues to date.

Very happy with it. Hoovers well and with the new updated app you can pick between random hoovering or arranged meaning it goes up and down. Mopping is good too. Only issue I’ve found is hair does still get caught round the hoover brush

Happy overall - one chore off my to do list
Bought as recommended by a friend and I was fed up having to vacuum every day to clear pet fur, dust and cat litter stones. Not used the mop function yet but amazing what dust and fluff it collects from laminate floors. The anti tangle function is questionable as I have long hair and I've had to manually untangle and clean the brush bar. Still getting used to settings but overall so far happy with my robot helper!

Never going back
I’ve had this vacuum for a month (and named it charlie) and I can safely say there is no going back. It does a phenomenal job of cleaning my carpets, I was not expecting such good suctioning on the medium suction mode, it finds it way around very well and unless the filter is full it never leaves any bit of mess behind! I have yet to try the mop function so hopefully it works just as well!

Good performance value for money
I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I have 2 dogs and thought it would save me some time. After some research I went with the Eufy as I trust Argos. I was somewhat sceptical but I am really surprised by the performance. This model roams the floor but covers all areas,suction is good and even took up a wrapper. It tells you when it is full or stuck,be careful of wires as this is the main problem for it. It moves from hard floor to carpet well and even does my back door mat. The bin isn't massive but it can do my whole floor before it needs emptying. I didn't have a problem with the app and only use this to start or send home though it has buttons on the top for this as well. I wanted a basic model to start but have found this good value for money hence the 5 stars. Really impressed and yes I still hoover but this saves me doing so every day.

I can advise that page 4 in the manual advises about setting up barriers and part F advises:
Anit-drop sensors will prevent Robovac from tumbling down stairs and steep drops in most cases.

This is suitable for deep pile carpet and rugs.
The eufy G50 Hybrid Robot Vacuum uses dynamic navigation to methodically clean your space. If you leave doors open, it can move into other rooms and clean them as part of its navigation process. It doesn't "learn" in the sense of memorising layouts, but it will navigate through open spaces during each cleaning session.
