Good performance value for money
I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I have 2 dogs and thought it would save me some time. After some research I went with the Eufy as I trust Argos. I was somewhat sceptical but I am really surprised by the performance. This model roams the floor but covers all areas,suction is good and even took up a wrapper. It tells you when it is full or stuck,be careful of wires as this is the main problem for it. It moves from hard floor to carpet well and even does my back door mat. The bin isn't massive but it can do my whole floor before it needs emptying. I didn't have a problem with the app and only use this to start or send home though it has buttons on the top for this as well. I wanted a basic model to start but have found this good value for money hence the 5 stars. Really impressed and yes I still hoover but this saves me doing so every day.

Efficient intelligent robot
Our family suggested the Eufy as we are getting older and busy work. The Eufy was our first robot and it’s amazingly efficient at doing its job and has freed up time to do more enjoyable hobbies. We have a dog and have noticed the reduction of dog hair, mud and debris. Eufy is easy to empty and it’s a very intelligent robot.

Game changer for pet owners
I bought this a few weeks ago and it has been a game changer, highly recommend if you have pets that shed. The coverage is great, it manages to get all of the corners and navigates around the rooms well.

Disappointing
The detangling aspect of this vacuum doesn't work properly- it tangles up hair worse than my previous vacuums and needs to be detangled by hand. The mop function only lasts around 2 minutes before it stops and says 'mop attached', and then it needs to be manually started again. It is unable to navigate back to the charging point, even when placed directly in front of it. On the plus side, I have rugs and it sufficiently traverses over them. I also find the suction is good.

great product
Love this product expected it to be tat but I set the schedule and everything downstairs is hooved while I'm at work to a fairly good standard. I'll pobably get another for upstairs.

Good cleaning, inefficient controls
Cleaning ability is very good but control is very hit and miss. It will pause fine, but when it's instructed to return 'home' to charge it can take several attempts before it will stay put. (7 yesterday!) It will be within a few inches of docking then take off to the other side of the room, and the choice of controls on the app are minimal. Due to the furniture it can't get close enough to some areas so I will have to follow it up with a standard vacuum. If you have large areas of clear space it will be brilliant but in my crowded rooms it is more entertaining than anything as it tries to mount the feet of my swivel chair, like a demented lovesick tortoise

I can advise that page 4 in the manual advises about setting up barriers and part F advises:
Anit-drop sensors will prevent Robovac from tumbling down stairs and steep drops in most cases.

This is suitable for deep pile carpet and rugs.
The eufy G50 Hybrid Robot Vacuum uses dynamic navigation to methodically clean your space. If you leave doors open, it can move into other rooms and clean them as part of its navigation process. It doesn't "learn" in the sense of memorising layouts, but it will navigate through open spaces during each cleaning session.
