We are happy with the Electric radiator it works well and we are happy with it In hindsight if the thermostat control had the set temperature calibrated on it getting the temperature right would be a lot easier. But still a good product for the price š

Warm, portable and convenient
This radiator is easy to setup, just got to put the legs on, which took no more than 5 minutes straight of the box. Very simple to use - turn the power dials to the settings you like. It creates a nice level of warmth to it and I can run this for a lot longer than the built-in radiators at my flat as it is much more cost effective. It's easy to move around too. Fairly lightweight and on wheels so I can quickly move it from room to room if I want to set it up elsewhere. The cable is long enough that I can plug it in and put it in different spots around the room so I can sit near it! It runs mostly without noise - there are occasionally clicking noises when initially powering up or powering down, but this is standard with these types of radiators. Price is very good value and the build quality seems good, so I am hoping it will last for years to come.

I came here as mine does the same. You can hear it click when you dial it back but, the light stays on. I am therefore assuming that the instructions are wrong and the light does actually stay on as I can hear it click on and off so assume it is coming on and off but with the light staying on.

Using a smart socket I can confirm Setting 1 is approx 630W, Setting 2 is briefly 925W, Setting 3 is briefly 1.5 to 1.6kW...
HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE even with the THERMOSTAT still ON at MAX ...
..after roughly 5 or 10 mins setting 2 drops to zero 0W and setting 3 drops to 630W.
Argos Bush support say this is how it is supposed to behave.
It would seem the unit is NOT capable of sustaining settings 2 or 3 for anything but a very brief period, IRRESPECTIVE of the THERMOSTAT setting.

If the wattage of the product is 1kw. It will take 1kw per hour (kw/h). Changes will depend from supplier to supplier. For instance if your electrical cost was 20p per kw/h, it will cost 20 p per hour on maximum power to run. I can see the product has a heat output of 1.5kW.

A LOT longer than it should!
On setting 3, the unit isnt capable of continuously sustaining the advertised 1.5kW and drops to 630w in a matter of minutes, even though the room temperature has barely changed and thermostat on MAX.
On setting 2 it drops from 925w down to zero and alternates between them every few minutes, even with thermostat on MAX, etc.
In summary, it doesnt give anything like the continuous heating capability that the advertised 1.5kW would lead you to believe.
