We can confirm that the Quick-EZ Hook-and-loop wrist strap on this item measures approximately 30 cm in length and does not exceed 1 metre. It is designed to offer firm and adjustable wrist support while remaining comfortable and easy to fasten.

I have spoken to our suppliers who have advised as follows.
Here are a few steps to wash/clean the gloves.
1) Take some luke-warm water and add some gentle detergent to it.
2) Take a clean cloth and soak it in the water and clean the glove gently.
3) Keep the glove away from direct sunlight & let it air dry in the room (no electric dryers).
