sturdy decent brackets
purchases these a while ago waited forever for the husband to put them up, he finally did at the weekend (he didn't measure the microwave so we had to move them) they are pretty sturdy and seem to hold well. they come with decent instructions (just missing a husband that reads them). all in all very happy with them easy to adjust aswell. very surprised by the amount of space this actually has saved me. would highly recommend these.

Good brackets
Brackets are definitely strong enough to support our microwave, and fully adjustable. Our microwave has offset studs underneath, i.e. the front ones do not align with the back ones, however the brackets are just wide enough for them to sit on top - the brackets came with velcro tape that stick onto the brackets and the underside of the microwave which realy help keep things stable. Would recommend.

The supplier has advised the following for the AVF Universal Microwave Wall Bracket:
“ The grooves in the bracket for the microwave mount are 22.6mm wide.
However, you don’t necessarily have to place the feet in the grooves. You can position the microwave and the brackets when mounting so that the feet on the microwave actually sit inboard of the brackets. In this case you can then attach the Velcro directly to the underside of the microwave (if it is flat enough) so that it holds the microwave in place on the brackets. This is actually the sturdiest way to mount a microwave on our wall brackets. That setup is explained in the instructions. ”

Unfortunately these are built for standard flat microwaves and not the curved variety.

I have used these for my microwave in my kitchen they are excellent product and very strong .I would like to point out always check under your microwave as mine has feet on it and i had to put a shelve/wood underneath and be away of your pug socket as i was a fraction out and had to re-drill the bracket holes .I hope this is helpful ...........

The fixings in the kit are suitable for solid wall and wood stud only. This product is unsuitable on tiles, and we cannot recommend installation for this wall type.

The 'bar' in the diagram is a spirit level . The microwave feet slide into the grooves on the horizontal part of the bracket.
