Useful warmer
I bought this for my German Shepherd who has arthritis in his front elbow, it works perfectly to gently heat his elbow before walks. It’s quick and easy to heat up and holds the heat nicely without hot spots, due to the shape of it, it’s brilliant for wrapping round his leg.

OK for the price paid.
This was a lot smaller and thinner than expected and the filling moves from one end of the bag to the other rather than being sectioned to spread the heat evenly. It was a lot cheaper than the larger sectioned ones are, so I guess you get what you pay for. The main quibble is that the hot beans aren’t distributed evenly, but apart from that is well made out of nice material and has a pleasant fragrance.

After checking with our supplier they have advised: The instructions on the pack advise that the product can be used as a cool pack. It is to be placed in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Sorry for any confusion. Having checked it is 10cm (wide) x 19cm (length) x 2.5cm (height) are the dimensions when the product is folded (single unit in the packaging).
43cm is the length when the product is unfolded.
