Neck warmer!
My wife is happy with this item. Soothes her neck after a long day typing Microwave for 1 minute and it does the trick. Stays warm for a few minutes.

Disappointing
Worn once only! Next day… rash/ all red neck! Used as instructed … not too hot or anything? Can only guess allergy to contents? Lavender/ wheat???

Nice smell but a bit saggy
I bought this as I had some back pain. It was ok as I could get it the same day but it is not that big and could do with having more filling in it as it was quite saggy and did not retain the heat as well compared to others I have bought in the past
