About this product
The Storage Mid Sleeper Bed Frame keeps your kid's room tidy without taking up much space. This single mid sleeper provides a proper bed up top with practical workspace and storage underneath, so everything fits without crowding the room. The white finish with curved edges fits smaller spaces and tucks away bits when not needed. It features a swing-out desk with built-in shelves, three drawers, and a wheel-out chair with hidden storage. Additional shelves are under the ladder steps and a long shelf runs along the bedside.
The wooden slats support the mattress and keep everything stable and comfy. You'll need to fix it to the wall, that's really important for safety with raised beds and it keeps the whole thing secure. The ladder's in a fixed position on one side, so you know where your little one's climbing up and down. It's suitable for ages six and over, with a maximum user weight of 100kg. You'll need a mattress that's no deeper than 16cm for safety, and that's sold separately. Two people are needed to put it together, just follow the step-by-step instructions. It comes with a one-year guarantee.

Very sturdy bed, with a fun yet functional design
We bought this bed for our 6 year old daughter. Beautifully made, and very sturdy. Assembly was a bit of a mammoth task (mid morning to early evening), but only because there are a lot of bits as it's a big bed. We put the old cotbed mattress on the floor underneath to make an occasional extra bed/comfy den, and it fitted perfectly even with the desk and chair in the closed position. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the edges are a little sharp, just where the laminate meets. Otherwise, a fabulous bed that our daughter loves.

The design is ideal, the reality is lacking
The item was damaged on delivery, and one part was missing which we discovered only halfway through the build process (which took about 5 hours). Also the pre drilled holes weren’t fully drilled through and some were uneven on the drawers meaning the handles were at a slight angle rather than straight. The damage and the missing part etc. did not prevent my partner from finishing the build and we needed the bed so we didn’t send it back. Do check everything before starting the build so you can send back if needed. The bed itself is brilliant. So much storage. Fits great in my daughter’s small room and she loves it. I took two stars off for the damage, issue with pre-drilled holes and a missing part. If those things hadn’t occurred I’d have given 5 stars.

I've spent 5 hours building this product and no where does it state the width of the product with desk and stairs attached. This will not fit in our boys room and will now need to be taken apart

I would advise that a standard single sized mattress 190cm by 90cm will fit this however it should not be any deeper than 15 cm.
