Does the job
Having had floor steamers for almost 20 years, I'm well seasoned with different makes and what works well for me. I'm very happy with this steamer, but the only downsides are is the lead isn't very long, so you have to keep changing to other sockets in the room and you can't remove the water tank to empty it. All in all, I'm pleased with it despite those issues, but I can live with that as it's very lightweight, heats up really quick, it's simple to use and does the job well. No puddles, no spluttering and better than other makes I've had.

Great for floors
Heavy as a handheld, but bought for the floor primerly and for that it's perfect. Cord could do with being longer, so I don't have to keep unplugging it to switch sockets. Super light even when full of water and easy to move. Does the same job as a much more expensive unit. More than happy with it!

This has just happened to me. Argos promotion says detergent can be bought with this product then get home and it cant. Annoying would have gone for the next model up.
I bought detergent too because it came up as frequently bought together- it doesnt appear to now
