works great comes with a small pump and a repair kit too
Only used the pump so far but all good so far, works well.
Complicated to use but great value.
Lacks a manual on how to use, the diagram on how to change the pump top is quite confusing. When you figure it out it's quite good.
This will indeed pump up the tyres on a bmx bike.

I can confirm that this is compatible for a Scott mountain bike.
I hope this helps :)

Generally tyre inflation is dependant on the maximum pressure a tyre can safely be inflated to. This is found on the wall of the tyre.
The maximum pressure output of the pump is mainly reliant on the condition of the inner tube-tyre and valve. The gauge is simply an indication of the current pressure in the tyre.

I can only assume it's rated to a maximum of 160 psi as it would most likely fail if it exceeded that, there would be no practical point exceeding this as you wouldn't be able to read out the pressure on the gauge.
