Relaxing chair
Bought this chair to ensure a comfortable massage . It lived to its name as I find it very comfortable and gives a fabulous massage . Very simple to use and really great after a busy day .

UNCOMFORTABLE AND BADLY DESIGNED MASSAGER
Very disappointed with this massager. Nowhere near as good as the previous one I had which lasted me 10 years. The seat is very uncomfortable with hard bulky padding on either side, so I have had to place a cushion on top of it. The shoulder massage function is not fit for purpose, as the positioning of the massage balls means that you literally have to force your upper back backwards in order to get any sort of contact with the your shoulders and the massager, which is very uncomfortable and defeats the whole purpose. Also there is no individual choice to have just a shoulder massage, instead you have to select the full back massage, which in my case ends up with the massage balls hitting my head which is painful, this may be because I am only 5 foot 3 inches tall, however was never a problem with the previous home medics massager I owned. The only function which is of any use to me is the lower back shiatsu mode. The rolling massage mode is very weak. Really wish I had not purchased this.

Great for pain relief
Fast delivery, great high quality back and shoulder massager. I have fibro an EDS and so relieves the pain and stiffness in my back and knowing i can use it every day. A must have.

Bigger box than needed
So, both me and my child enjoy this seat. From the heat it provided taking the chill off the body while yhe heating was down, to the different massage settings. However, ai did find the first ju-jitsu massge setting a bit harsh as it pushed my skin together rather than apart and hurt, but rolling is just fab for taking the edge off sore painful weaker muscles. The packaging box is bigger than we expected tbh, and it felt like it was bigger than it needed to be also.

Rollers not in the correct place due to my height.
I was very excited to receive this as have been experiencing back pain and with other family members recommending the brand I went ahead and bought this. I am 5'5 and find that I am too short for it. The rollers start part way up my back and roll onto my head, which I wasn't expecting and it doesn't match the product description. I contacted the company a while back to check to see if it was faulty or supposed to be that way (and if I am too petite for it), but never heard back. I will try with cushions to see if that helps. Taller members of my family love it, just a shame it wasn't what I expected and will try to return if someone ever gets back to me!

Shoulder blades yes, there is a button that you can push to concentrate on any area from your lower back to the top of your shoulder blades if needed, in addition to the whole area massage. In terms of the neck itself, I find that massaging heads don't go close enough together to provide anything effective.
