Its a very good product - but alas I discovered too late that it is much cheaper elsewhere, eg the British Heart Foundation!

Great little pedometer
Great little pedometer, just put it in your pocket and walk, it’s easy to set up too, the step distance can be altered to match your actual steps just by counting your steps then checking the pedometer to see if they match or do as I did and measure 20 feet then walk the distance to see how many steps it took. I did have to adjust it slightly by walking a longer distance.

I bought this two weeks ago and find it very helpful in gauging how far, energetically and usefully I have walked. The only negative point is, the set-up instructions are not crystal clear. It seemed to take me ages to grasp how I was meant use it.

“ In order to avoid counting steps that are not part of a walk, the unit does not display the step count for the first 4 seconds of walking. If you continue walking for more than 4 seconds, it displays the step count for the first 4 seconds and then continues to count.”
