About this product
You're heading out for a walk and want to track your progress. This Omron pedometer fits in your pocket or clips to your belt easily. It counts daily steps and tracks the distance you've covered. The device stores seven days of activity data. There's a built-in clock to keep you on schedule.
The pedometer switches between action mode and standard tracking automatically. You'll see aerobic steps displayed separately from regular movement. It's got auto stride for accurate distance calculations. Switch between units for miles or kilometres as needed. Everything runs on a button cell battery that's included.

Counted my footsteps over a given distance without the the Pedometer. Calculated my step distance, entered that and repeated the walk with the Pedometer. Results exactly the same so I am impressed with the accuracy.

Great little pedometer
Great little pedometer, just put it in your pocket and walk, it’s easy to set up too, the step distance can be altered to match your actual steps just by counting your steps then checking the pedometer to see if they match or do as I did and measure 20 feet then walk the distance to see how many steps it took. I did have to adjust it slightly by walking a longer distance.

“ In order to avoid counting steps that are not part of a walk, the unit does not display the step count for the first 4 seconds of walking. If you continue walking for more than 4 seconds, it displays the step count for the first 4 seconds and then continues to count.”
