About this product
The Beko HIC64402T Electric Ceramic Hob makes flexible cooking simple with four zones and a DualZone feature that extends for larger pots or pans. The frameless black finish offers a sleek, modern look, while vitro-ceramic heating delivers direct contact between surface and cookware so no heat is wasted. Front-mounted touch controls provide 9 power levels per zone, letting you simmer sauces gently or crank up the heat when needed. The boost function adds extra power when you're in a rush, and mounted clips make installation straightforward without screws.
Touch controls keep adjustments simple, and the timer helps you stay on top of things when managing multiple pans. Residual heat indicators show which zones are still hot after cooking, useful for safety and for keeping food warm. The safety cut-off switches everything off if left unattended, giving you peace of mind. It needs hardwiring into a dedicated cooker point on its own circuit, and fits a standard built-in aperture. The vitro-ceramic surface wipes clean easily after use, and it comes with a 2-year guarantee.
For quick and easy installation, mounted clips on the side of the hob will secure it in any place, without needing screws or fixing features.

Beko Hob - Great Value
I was looking for a direct replacement for our hob that got broken by a falling bottle from a wall cupboard and this model fitted the bill. The dimensions are very slightly larger which meant increasing the size of cut out in the work top but nothing too major.

Poor control visibility
I have had this job for a few weeks the main problem are the controls they are so difficult to see. Do not purchase this job if you need glasses or have a kitchen with less than bright lights. Once you found the controls they work adequately hon is slow to heat up but once it’s going it’s fine.

Beko HIC64402T Electric Ceramic Hob - Black. The cable does not come with the appliance. It is something the installer will need to bring when connecting the hob.

Yes, the cable terminal block is underneath the hob at the back centre. The cable required is H05V2V2-F or equivalent heat-resistant with live, neutral and earth conductors having a cross section of 2.5mm2 each. The max. cable length you can install is 2 metres.

The cable terminal block is underneath the hob at the back centre. The cable you need to supply is H05V2V2-F or equivalent heat-resistant with live, neutral and earth conductors having a cross section of 2.5mm2 each. I got my cable from BandQ. The maximum cable length you can use is 2 metres.

After checking with our supplier they have advised: This model Beko HIC64402T Electric Ceramic Hob doesn't come with a cable.
Needs to be hard wired by a qualified registered electrician into a cooker point on the wall and on its own circuit.

The overall depth is 51mm with 37mm going into the recess cut into the worktop. The external dimentions are 550mm heigh by 580mm wide. The specs. are on the Beko website.
