About this product
These 200 LED string lights in Warm white are bursting with cheer! They're battery operated and can be used inside or outdoors, so you can hang them pretty much anywhere (just make sure the battery pack is somewhere dry and sheltered). Perfect for Christmas or Diwali decorations, they come with 8 functions of flashes, fades and twinkles or you can just choose to have them steadily shining bright.
They can also be set on a timer, coming on automatically for 8 hours on and then off again for the next 16 hours. A handy feature, it's perfect if you've got them outdoors and you don't want to pop out each evening to set them going.

Good value and reasonably well made, certainly better than some of the lights currently on the market. They're pretty bright for battery powered lights but are heavy on batteries, our first set of batteries lasted 4-5 nights.

Based on a 4-foot Christmas tree, the Habitat 200 Warm White LED Christmas Tree Lights would be fine, you could use up to 400 lights if you’re aiming for 100 lights per foot.

The reason the lights wont stay on the one setting is because the batteries have run down. I changed them on my set of lights and they now stay on the setting I want

Thanks for checking with your supplier. Unfortunately this is not what happens in practice. Both sets of lights that I purchased switch from the static state, mode 8, to the random state, mode 1, after about 30 minutes without being touched. I can only think that either I have two faulty sets of lights or that there is a design fault. I notice that another person has asked the same question. Your further help would be appreciated.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: the lights will stay on that mode (your selected mode), which will not be auto changed until you select the next mode.

Please press to the no.8 steady on mode. Normally, it will keep steady on, without changing.
There are 8 modes:
1. Combination
2. In Waves
3. Sequential
4. Slo-Glo
5. Chasing/Flash
6. Slow Fade
7. Twinkle Flash
8. Steady On
