This Russell Hobbs 3 tier steamer is perfect for healthy cooking. Steaming your food is a great way to gently cook it, keeping in moisture and nutrients. With 3 levels you can cook several things at once, making sure each one gets the right level of heat. You only have to look online to find a great variety of recipes that are essentially 'one pot', so they're really easy to cook and really nutritious too. To Avoid scorching the handles, do not place the steamer on hob rings larger than the base size or allow flames to overlab the sides.

Great Value for Money
Bought about a month ago. Excellent quality and value for money. I'm using the units flexibly. There are three parts: one "saucepan: for boiling the water and creating the steam and two units with a lid that be used singly or stacked in order to have two tiers and the use of two individual steaming units at the same time. It;s up to the individual, of course, but I'm mainly just using the base unit and lid to boil foods or steaming with just one of the two steaming units. I'm also using the steaming vessels as colanders to strain food that I've boiled in the bottom/base unit or "saucepan". I initially considered buying a "proper" steamer, but this purchase fully meets my requirements and is excellent quality and value for money.

Depending on your cooker and where it is placed the Russell Hobbs 18cm 3 Tier Stainless Steel Steamer the handles should not get very hot, they might get warm to touch .
