Problems with Battery
This was the second camera I bought. Not better than the first one. Seems a problem with the battery. I have continually having to open it to pop the battery out. I like it because it is compact and has the feature for the date 📅 that can be printed when I need to print photos. Not happy. My important thing is the date so that I can see when I captured the photo. Not many cameras have this feature. Then it goes back to the manufacturer date. I have to change the date open. Thank you. This camera is not ideal for me.
I bought this camera for taking pictures during a property survey but found that it is slow when taking photos, is unable to take close up photos without over exposing with the flash on or without the flash on the photos are too dark. In a professional capacity it’s very poor. Argos happily received it back.

Good clear photos
I used this on holiday, it took some getting used to, but once I did get used to it it was easy to use,

Slow Camera
Nice features, but unfortunately it takes about 3 seconds to focus before taking a photo, which causes issues with moving objects and getting the moment. All digital cameras should meet the basics of film / analogue camera. As it takes too long to take a photo can end up with blurred images. Any camera that takes so long is not worth the any consideration especially at this price

Awful camera, overpriced and shoddy.
This really was appalling. The camera cost £100 and it lasted less than a day. The flash doesn't work and it was clunky and often froze - only fixable by turning it off and on again.

Hello Devilish,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the AGFA PHOTO DC8200 18MP 8x Zoom Compact Digital Camera -Black: ''Instructions can be found on page 19 of the user manual.
Download photos or video files to your PC.
First, connect your camera to the computer via a USB cable that can read data and then turn it on:
“MSDC” will show up on the camera LCD screen while a window (Removable Disk (H:)) will show up on your PC.
Now you can copy files to your computer in two ways:
1. Download photos directly from the windows.
2. Choose “Copy pictures to a folder on my computer” on the Removable Disk (H:). After you have clicked
“OK”, there will be some windows on the screen for you to complete the copying step by step. You only need to select the
default settings to complete the transferring.
Or you can:
1. Click on the computer icon on the desktop.
2. Your memory card will show up as a removable storage device.
3. Click on it to view all files stored in the subfolder DCIM.
4. Then you can simply copy and paste files you want on your computer.''
