Comfy.
Easy to assemble. Looks good and, most importantly, it's comfortable for long work sessions.

Poor quality
This chair was purchased to provide head support. There is too much play in the seat. In order to use the head reast you have to lean back in the chair. Even with the bar inserted to prevent the chair tilting backwards there is still significant play in the seat resulting in the chair tilting backwards when attempting to use the headrest. I am 11 stone therfore this can only be as a result of poor build quality.

Comfortable for my desk at home
I had an office purchased elsewhere, and have never been happy with it. I decided to get a more sturdy, robust chair as I have a lot of health issues, and my first chair was getting to a stage where it was uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time at my desk. I saw this chair, and it seemed to look like it was going to be just what I wanted. I ordered this, got it home, unpacked it and put it together and it looks great in my lounge by my desk. It is comfortable, and the maximum height is great for me. I can sit for extended periods and get up and walk with no twinges in my joints or muscles. I would recommend this chair to all.

Really happy, thank you.
Great chair for the price range. Comfy, handy that you can lift the handles upwards to play guitar or fit under a desk. Only complaints would be, a comfier seat base would be nice for longer periods but still comfy as it. and the lumbar on the back could be a bit higher or adjustable. Also having the headrest fixed once its tilted could be useful.

fairly comfortable chair
The chair itself is quite comfortable however the arms of the chair are very short so its not as good when you are trying to use them

Looked promising….
The components looked great quality and the instructions straightforward. Sadly the arms which came pre assembled were fixed with a recessed bolt and nut- and they were forced in the wrong position! Had to return which was disappointing
