Good chair
Really happy with it

Terrible, terrible chair
I'm not sure what planet the other reviewers are on and have clearly never sat on an office chair. This is by far, the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on! The seat cushion is so thin, you can feel the hard plastic seat which causes you pain within a short time of using it and I'm not particularly heavy. The depth of the seat is also very shallow, if you're taller than 6' you will feel like you're falling forwards because your thighs aren't supported, your center of gravity shifts too far forward. Of course because to test the chair, you need to open and assemble it, returns are impossible. This chair is only good for a child, please do not buy this if you're an adult and planning to use it for working from home.

Not good
Terrible, Seems good at first, I had this chair for a month, with use most days. Cushion worn down so is now like sitting on plastic, also makes a horrendous creaking noise with little movement which it started doing after 1 week, I'm a 11 stone male.

Love It
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.7 / 5 stars, excellent I bought this chair last week and I’m really happy with it. For the price and what it’s designed for, it’s excellent. The backrest is very comfortable and gently flexes when you lean back, which gives good lower back support without forcing you to sit bolt upright. I don’t lean on the whole chair while typing, and still have the lower back rest; but when I do lean back it supports my lower back and hips very well. My back already feels better after switching from a dining chair, after less than 1 week. The chair leans back slightly, which I like as it encourages movement rather than sitting rigidly all day. I'm 26 without any existing back issues, and maintain pretty good posture. The headrest adjusts up and down and works well when leaning back during calls. Another reason to lean back is it actually helps fight or flight response! The only slightttt downside is the armrests. They can lift out of the way, which I don't use, but they aren’t height adjustable. The fixed height works fine for me (I’m 5’7” with proportions that work for the standard set height), but taller people might not find it as comfortable- my partner (6’2”) doesn’t like the chair much for this reason, so I am the sole user (maybe a plus point actually!). The chair feels sturdy and well made, rolls smoothly, and was easier to assemble than similar chairs I have assembled in the not so distant past. I also like the material- it’s comfortable but textured with ridges so you don’t slide around, and you can't get crumbs stuck in the fine knit weave fabric- it seems like it would be a bit absorbent which will be good for cleaning. Unless you have a messy toddler nearby, I think it's not a problem at all that it's light coloured, and it's nice not to have an all black chair, brightens my working day a bit! Overall, this is a great value chair for home working if you don’t need a heavy-duty office task chair and don't have existing back problems. Comfortable, supportive, and nice-looking, for a fair price. Good old Argos.
