Electric blanket bought about a month ago, it's a pleasure to go to bed, and you don't have to have it on long before bed as it heats up really quickly so uses hardly any electricity. Definitely recommend this blanket.

I can advise that the Silentnight Yours & Mine Electric Underblanket - Double is secured by corner straps. Provided they can be attached to your mattress in the same manner the you will be able to use it on your mattress.

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Comfort Dual Control Electric Underblanket -King:
"Our electric blankets are safe to use with all Silentnight products. Electric blankets should be covered with a fitted sheet and then with a thick blanket or duvet. It has to be covered in order to retain the heat."
On the matter of bedding with gel infused particles in, they advise that: "If the bedding is a Silentnight product, then we can confirm it is safe to use. Other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly."
