We bought this fire a couple of weeks ago! I was very unsure how it would look in our living room regarding the size but ordered anyway thinking I would possibly be returning it! I couldn’t be happier! It’s really nice ( especially for the price ) Well made and very sturdy! I’m so very happy that I took the chance! I would definitely recommend!!

Product had no fixing screws or dowels in the box,unable to put fireplace together,also there was a half inch chip out of the mantelpiece ,already filled one of these in but have heard nothing.had to take my own furniture to pieces to get fixings in order to build product

Good quality suite
I love this fire suite ! The surround is easy to assemble and very solid ! It looks great too ! The fire is quiet when on flame only which to be honest is what we use the most . It costs very little to run on flame only but having that warm ambience is fab for me . The fire is noisy when on full but what can you do ? At the end of the day it's a fan heater .

Lovely little fire
This fire is idea for when you can't have a real stove. My 14 year old daughter and myself put it together from box to fitted in just under an hour. It's lovely and makes our pod very cosy, you can have the flames on without the heat, two heat settings, we love it
