Its material is good however it isn't medium size at all. Should be descibe as small or extra small. Probably made for a five years old kid. I'm 175 cm and 67 kg and it barely fit me.

Totally wrong size
Im 31 waist. Got Medium. Size is totally wrong. It's well made but, The belt is so I flexible and uncomfortable. I have been using weight training belts. 5 star reviews are disappointing and misleading. Returned it.

Disregard the answers stating the medium size will fit 31 inches to 37 inches! It will not. I am a size 32 inch waist and from brand new it only fits on the first buckle holes. I am fairly certain it will fit on the second set of holes after a little use. It will be of new use to anybody with a true waist of greater than 32 inches.
