Disregard the answers stating the medium size will fit 31 inches to 37 inches! It will not. I am a size 32 inch waist and from brand new it only fits on the first buckle holes. I am fairly certain it will fit on the second set of holes after a little use. It will be of new use to anybody with a true waist of greater than 32 inches.

Medium =31'' to 37''
Large =35'' to 41''
Extra large =39'' to 45''
