About this product
Block out unwanted light and create the perfect sleep space with this natural striped velvet blackout blind that delivers total darkness when you need it most. The white and light brown stripe design brings a soft, contemporary look to your windows, while the blackout fabric works hard to keep rooms dark and restful. It's designed with a PVC chain mechanism that you can fit to either side of the window, so it works perfectly in any room layout. The blind comes with all the fixtures and fittings you need for straightforward installation, and it's easily trimmed to size for a neat, custom fit.
Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach. The blind measures 90cm wide and 160cm in drop including fittings, and it fits inside or outside your window recess or directly to the wall. The PVC bottom rail keeps the blind hanging neatly, and it's tested and safe to the 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120. When it needs freshening up, just wipe it clean to keep it looking smart and presentable.

good quality blind, easy to fit. subtle fabric design makes the blind look more expensive than a standard plain fabric. the faint lines in fabric on my blind were horizontal not vertical as they appeared to be in the images.

Bought this to replace curtains on the window near the to of the stairs as I was worried someone would fall while pulling them. It looks good but I should have bought a deeper colour to stand out more, unfortunately I bought a plain colour. My bad but I think it still looks good and was relatively easy to fit once I had trimmed 5mm off one side.

Good blind and value for money
Good colour and black out.Easy to put up. Make sure that the little “guard “ is on the top above the pulley so that the blind can be raised and lowered.

Good for blackout but a bit fiddly to put together
This is amazing for purpose of a blackout, my kids are sleeping much better since having them. But it was fiddly to put together and had to be strategically placed around the window. Overall was good.

Trimming them doesn;t gove the nicest edge so some sort of edge binding might be needed to keep it from fraying over time. overall nice colour and design and can't go wrong for under £20
