Lovely product - can’t live without it now - a good replacement for hot water bottles. It’s more constant, keep to the same temp for however long you want, and can easily adjust. Highly recommend for anyone that wants warmth in winter without the hussle of water bottle. Though do watch out - you can still low temp burn yourself as could with a hot water bottle - monitor how long and how high the temp is and dont burn yourself!

Works well, nice and cosy
It does the job, no more cold feet in bed. My only criticism is the bright blue light emitted when the heating turns off after 3 hours. That disturbs your sleep and isn't necessary

Brilliant Product
My husband has had one of these for a couple of years to help ease pain from an issue he has with his spine and helps massively. I recently pulled my back so bought another one so we have one each. Absolutely brilliant heat mat for easing muscle pain, period pain etc and comfortable to lie on in bed. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, we do not have information on how long it will take to cool down as it depends on many factors.
As the room temperature and the heat level it was on before unplugging the product.''
