Bought this heat pad for back pain and it works really well. There are five heat settings so you can find one which is really comfortable for you and the pad stays on for three hours before it automatically switches off so it’s a good length of time to ease your pain.

Great item. I brought one for myself and for my friend. It heats up fast, has an auto turn off and is energy efficient. Highly recommended.

Heats up very quickly and really hot on the highest setting, like it can be adjusted. Timer for 3 hours is good idea. Very soft and comfortable. Far better than the one I had before. So cheap to use. I use mine to save having the heating on. Great behind me for when i am sat up in bed reading. Keeps me toasty warm, sometimes too much so that I have to turn it off.

Unfortunately, we do not have information on how long it will take to cool down as it depends on many factors.
As the room temperature and the heat level it was on before unplugging the product.''
