- Non-slip reinforced platform and feet for safe use on every surface, however the use of a non-slip mat is recommended on smooth surfaces.
- Easily maintained and cleaned, risers come off; work out in shoes or bare feet.

Bought when was reduced to £18. Good for even just a simple work out stepping on and off, needed my headphones on with music to make it less boring, just starting off small to start with just 20 minutes at a fairly quick pace to get the heart rate up. Not even any need to adjust the height to start with.

Stepper for the mature lady who has STILL got it
Last stepper I bought was in the 1980s . It was huge. This is narrow and just fits the length of my foot. - size 7. It's colourful, practical and easy to store. Does the job.

This item is advertised as online at a height of 30cm or 300mm. But the answer to this question has put the maximum height as 192mm or 19.2 cm. This is a big difference. Which is it please.
