Step on it and get ready for some fun aerobics. Focus on strength and cardio with this Opti exercise step. You choose how hard you want to workout. The height's adjustable so you can set the pace and intensity. Lightweight and compact, nonslip and easy to keep clean.
- Non-slip reinforced platform and feet for safe use on every surface, however the use of a non-slip mat is recommended on smooth surfaces.
- Easily maintained and cleaned, risers come off; work out in shoes or bare feet.
- Maximum user weight 100kg (15st 10lb).

You get what you pay for
For the price, this step is decent—but you definitely get what you pay for. I use it for step workouts, and I’ve found it a bit too narrow for comfortable use. The plastic surface also isn’t ideal, as it can feel slippery; a rubber top would make a big difference in stability and safety. It's great that its adjustable, but its not a particularly good design. The step works, but in hindsight, I wish I’d invested a bit more in a higher‑quality step.

Not as described. Only 200mm high not 300mm No other review has mentioned this so not sure if they have switched supplier. Annoying to have to drink back to store to return it.

Step is light enough to carry but sturdy enough so I feel stable and supported using it. Use it outside and it does not slip or slide.

Sturdy Stepper for home use
Really nice stepper. Love the fact that this one is adjustable height wise. Quite sturdy and safe to use. Does not slip easily too and my wife loves it. Not too heavy and the weight is right too. Would definitely recommend

This item is advertised as online at a height of 30cm or 300mm. But the answer to this question has put the maximum height as 192mm or 19.2 cm. This is a big difference. Which is it please.
