Does an ok job
I'm unsure about this hanger. The design is strong, sturdy, but not sure the impact on the steaming process is worth the spend. I can see from some reviews, some are raving about it. Having never used a steamer hanger before, i went in as a complete novice. I do steam a lot of my work wear, so was looking foward to trying this. Don't get me wrong it does take a bit of time off the overall steaming process, but unless you've got one for every piece of clothing you're steaming, then taking them on and off the hanger doesn't really seem worth it. Of course, it's everyone to their own, but it isn't something I would have ordinarily invested in. It is well made though.

Sturdy and functional
I always struggled to use my steamer with casual hangers and I was looking for something that will be strong enough to take high temperatures and not crease my clothes. I’m surprised as this Brabantia Steam Clothes hanger it’s doing it’s job quiet well. The main reason I would pick this model : amazing with shoulder and collars - something that is handy when you have kids, school uniforms, you need quickly touch up your shirt or your husband need fresh set of uniform each day. I would say it’s reasonable allowing to steam and keep creases away, but it’s not as efficient anywhere down the shoulders line. You will still get nice effect but this model main focus will be shoulders and collar. It’s very sturdy and what I love about this brand, they never disappoint in regards to quality of their products.

Simple, sturdy, wffective
Simple yet sturdy design. Brilliant at making sure the creases are steamed out and stay out. Its good for shirts as you can thread the collar through the top of the fabric so it is much quicker to do shirts and blouses this way
