About this product
The Habitat Kids Monty Clothes Rail gives your little one their own space to hang coats, dresses and favourite outfits at a height they can actually reach. It's a light steel frame in lilac with a pine shelf underneath, so there's room for folded clothes, shoes or bits and bobs they want to keep handy. The rail holds up to 2kg, that's enough for everyday wear without overloading. The shelf takes up to 10kg, plenty for a stack of jumpers or a few pairs of shoes. The steel frame keeps it sturdy and stable through daily use.
The lower shelf puts everything at kid height, so they can pick out their own clothes and start learning to tidy up after themselves. The open design means they can see what's where without rummaging through drawers. It's a compact size that fits into bedrooms without taking over floor space. Excellent Clothes Rail
I bought this for the clothes me and my husband have used but aren't yet dirty. Because it needed to fit under an alcove standard rails were too high. It is tall enough for shirts, tops, skirts etc. It was easy to put together, another pair of hands would have been useful in a couple of places but I managed it fine

Perfect rail
Bought a month ago for my daughters fancy dress items. It was easy to assemble, looks great, quality matched the price. I opted for this one over the others because of the height - I thought 1m would be a little small but the adult ones too tall for my daughter to reach. This is perfect and will last a few years at least.

No quality control?
The purple paintwork on the metal is heavily tarnished with black. The quality of the wooden shelf is very poor; it is clearly visible where the veneer is stuck on. It’s surprising that this made it through a quality control check. Returning for a replacement is not simple and a hassle that we shouldn’t have to undertake. Retailers should take pride in their goods. Faith is lost in brands which inevitably leads to closures because people no longer shop with them.
