Bought this 3 days ago returned it the next day after checking the glass shades they were chipped around the edges. Really liked them as well. I bout 2 single pendants and the cluster of 3, they were all the same. Seem like a manufacturing fault

Exactly what is looks like online and very affordable. My only gripe is the little electric wire surround is a nightmare to open but after that is very easy to fit!

The quality is not great, several big bubbles on the glass, similar product only costs 9.9pounds from other merchants.

There is a plastic screw on the ceiling canopy. Using a slotted screwdriver, you loosen this plastic screw to adjust the cable and then screw it back tightly to fix the cable after adjust the length.
