It seems to work. I purchased an Apple device - from elsewhere - which surprisingly doesn't come with a charger, so one was needed tout-suite. Fortunately my local Argos is just a five minute walk away, so I charged over there, charged home and charged my iPad.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the USB-C 20W Single Port Wall Charger - White.
The Juice charger delivers intelligent USB‑C charging based on Power Delivery, meaning it negotiates with the device to supply only the voltage and current required.
Since the Doro 2800 requires far less power (max ~2.75 W), the charger will simply supply 5 V at a lower current, throttling down to what's safe for the phone.
This negotiation ensures the device is not overpowered and charges safely.
